Custom Skin Zipper
This is what started my journey on knife making. This knife is purpose built for the hunter on the spine side of the knife is a sharpened section, this is used to get just under the under the skin of the animal and cut the membrane from the other side of the hide like you where opening a zipper. The other side is made for harvesting meat, perfect for going around joints and knuckles. This is the knife you need to process your animal. Can be high carbon, or stainless steel. Steel used can be high carbon being 80crv2 or stainless steel being either magnacut. Damascus on request
Handle material is up to you, if you want a true hard use blade g10, carbon fiber, or micarta are you best bet. You want something more eye catching stabilized hardwoods are your next best choice. From there we can see you it with a wide range of materials.
